Adalah dengan ini dimaklumkan bahawa Datuk Bandar akan membuat pindaan Senarai Nilaian bagi pegangan tuan yang tersebut di bawah bagi tahun 2015 dan akan berkuatkuasa mulai 26/03/2015.
Tarikh pendengaran bantahan telah ditetapkan pada 03/06/2015.
Cadangan Pindaan Nilai Tahunan: 15000, Jumlah Cukai Taksiran Setahun 1050
Sesiapa yang tidak berpuas hati dengan cadangan pindaan Nilai Tahunan seperti di atas berdasarkan alasan yang di nyatakan dalam seksyen 142, Akta Kerajaan Tempatan boleh mengemukakan bantahan secara bertulis ke jabatan ini. Tarikh akhir bantahan bertulis tuan hendaklah sampai ke jabatan ini sebelum 24/05.

The deadline written objection must reach the Department hosts before 24/05.
